Ariel is MCN’s Director of Career Services, responsible for managing the development and implementation of the program’s Career Accelerator and alumni programming.

Her background includes 5+ years facilitating experiential learning and professional development at MIT and Lehigh University in the US. She holds a master’s degree in Intercultural Theology from the University of Goettingen and a bachelor’s degree in Culture & Communication from Ithaca College. Her previous work experience is rooted in refugee relief, social justice, and sustainable development.

Ariel loves connecting with new people, building community, and facilitating social progress. A native of the US, Ariel has also treasured her years of living in Europe & the Middle East and is passionate about supporting international and impact-oriented students!
