Programs Manager

Adrija Das (They/Them) is the co-founder of a student-led organization called UNMILIT, which aims to impart holistic education amongst underprivileged children in Howrah, India. They completed their undergraduate degree in sociology in 2023, graduating in top 3 of the class. They are passionate about working towards a more equitable world. She finds social research to be emancipatory and bring about social change. Their undergraduate thesis, ‘Love and Consent: Portrayal of “Non-Consensual” Relationships in Fanfiction’ addressed the aspect of power and discourse in writing and highlighted the need to provide a safe place to address imbalances in power within relationships.

Adrija also served as one of the Campus Directors for their cohort for the Millennium Fellowship Program, class of 2021. They were also part of the Global Admissions Committee as a Team Lead for the year 2022 and 2023.

As MCN’s Alumni Advisor, Adrija is responsible for supporting the Program’s Alumni Career Accelerator and support Millennium Fellowship alums identify their values, needs and skills to engage in a wide variety of experiences.
