Noha Al-Khalqi is a social entrepreneur dedicated to mobilizing and empowering youth to create social change. Noha believes in the power of youth to solve society's biggest problems. This is her fifth year of leadership at MCN.

As Managing Director, Noha is responsible for building and implementing operational strategies and programmatic partnership building at MCN to ensure program growth, consistency and quality globally. Since joining in 2018, Noha has scaled MCN’s signature programs including the Millennium Fellowship. Under Noha's leadership, the Millennium Fellowship has expanded to training and supporting over 2,000 Fellows annually in 30 countries. She has been responsible for building out the 100 member Global Admissions Committee, revising curricular content, growing strategic partnerships, and creating robust measurement tools to assess programs. Her commitment to effectively capturing data and communicating progress has led to the annual publication of the Millennium Fellowship Impact Report. Noha has also been an integral partner in building relationships with MCN's partners including the United Nations Academic Impact, Remmer Family Foundation, Schmidt Futures, and more global partners. As a youth leader, Noha has given talks and represented MCN in multiple events including at the Vatican Youth Symposium, University Global Coalition Annual Conference, and UN ECOSOC Youth Forum.

Noha received both her Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from Ohio University, where she focused on social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
