OUR IMPACT

 

Since MCN's inception in a university dorm room about a decade ago, over 10,000 undergraduates from 450 universities worldwide have participated in one or more MCN programs.  MCN alumni have gone on to work at the United Nations, USAID, and launched their own social enterprises.

In this page, you will find our impact for our 3 programs, the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Oceans Prize, and the Millennium Campus Conferences. As the network grows, our goal is to track alumni over time - 6 months, two years, five years post-graduation - and continue to prove that success in social impact careers can be tied to success in MCN programs.

 

Millennium Fellowship Impact

 

 MCN launched the Millennium Fellowship in 2013 to convene, challenge, and celebrate student leadership for social impact. Beginning in 2018, MCN and United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) partnered to present the Millennium Fellowship, creating a robust global network of undergraduate leaders advancing United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The Millennium Fellowship provides student leaders with the training, connections, and recognition.
