Emmanuel Opatola is a highly innovative and goal-oriented individual with over 5 years of experience leading teams, executing projects and programs, and providing solutions to the needs of man and the planet. He is a people-oriented and product-led enthusiast with an excellent track record of managing and influencing people and building products through sustainable impact and a lifelong learning cycle.

Over the last 5 years, he has played an active role in the human resources department of several organizations. He has held important roles in this field such as the HR lead for CareerEdu, HR volunteer at One African Child for over 3 years, and Global Admissions Committee Africa Regional Team Lead for Millennium Fellowship class of 2021 and 2022, among others. He has also helped startup companies in talent sourcing and selection.

Emmanuel is a passionate advocate for quality, accessible, inclusive, and equitable Education. Over the last few years, he has been a top voice in promoting SDG4 (Quality Education). Due to his ambition to cause change in his community and create sustainable social impacts, he founded "iFuture Initiative" - an organisation that is providing secondary school students with quality and strategic information towards academic excellence, career development, and quality tertiary education.

Emmanuel is an engineering graduate from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Nigeria. As the Admissions Manager at MCN, he is charged with the responsibility of managing the global admission committee and the current class of Millennium Fellows' admission lifecycle. Outside MCN, Emmanuel is exploring product management, research, documentaries, World political and economic news, engineering, and emerging technologies.
