Kevin M. Ross

Kevin M. Ross became the fifth president of Lynn University on July 1, 2006. During his tenure as president, the university has made significant strides, including implementing a redesigned core curriculum, the Dialogues; receiving U.S. News & World Report rankings as one of the top schools in the country for highest percentage of international students; and being selected as the host site for the third and final 2012 presidential debate. The university has also been recognized twice as an Apple Distinguished School for its iPad initiative, one of the most extensive tablet-based learning efforts in the country, and named one of the most innovative schools in the country by U.S. News & World Report for two consecutive years. Ross received his B.A. in English from Colgate University, M.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, and doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University.
Kevin is currently serving on the Watson University Advisory Board, the Millennium Campus Network Board of Directors and the Council of Independent Colleges Board of Directors.
