Knights of the Roundtable, Lynn University
Eugenia Bouzas was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Due to the delicate situation in her home country, she joined the millions of Venezuelans who have decided to flee in the look for a better future. Eugenia is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduation, she plans to attend graduate school and pursue a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During her time at Lynn University, she has participated in various service opportunities that have opened her eyes to important issues, and have motivated her to take a step towards making a change in society.
Eugenia is part of the Knights of the Roundtable, the student government at Lynn University. She serves as the Community Knight and works as a liaison between the commuter student body and the university. She is also involved in the Wellness Educator program on campus, in which she provides talks and hosts educational programs regarding topics like healthy relationships, consent, sexual health, stress, and nutrition. She recently became part of the Women's Center Advisory Board on campus and participates in discussions and events regarding feminism and gender equality.
