Why Become a Millennium Campus?

This Millennium Campus Network is critical to our future. You have to believe in your power....I am counting on the Millennium Campus Network to be this generation’s stewards of that [civil rights] legacy.
— US Secretary of State John Kerry

Millennium Campuses are at the heart of the MCN's growth strategy.  These institutions believe that extracurriculars are integral to campus life and want to meet the growing demand of student bodies committed to global public service.  Millennium Campuses also recognize what we know to be true: learning to manage teams, projects, and partnerships through campus organizations is one of the best ways to prepare for the job market.  The MCN provides core services to undergraduate students leading campus organizations and seeking to create meaningful social impact on a global scale.  The demand for the MCN is massive; in 2015, there were over 2,000 global applications from 805 universities across 120 nations to participate in MCN programs.  Alumni of the MCN have leveraged over $100,000 directly from MCN's partners to support their global initiatives, launched 501(c)3 non-profits full-time, and worked at the United Nations.
