Sabena Chaudhry is an undergraduate student at St. John’s University where she is studying Psychology along with minor studies in Government & Politics. During her years in undergrad, her focus has been on building herself as a student and leader who is dedicated to social and global development needs. Sabena serves as the President of UNICEF at SJU and intends to share the skills learned through the Millennium Fellowship, with fellow students and peers. Passionate about to giving back to the community, Sabena has also served as a Team Leader for Women for Afghan Women (WAW) where she has worked with first generation children, assisting them with help in their school work. With her passion of creating a better world for children in developing countries, Sabena intends to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology to dedicate research and services to children suffering from Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) caused by living in conflict-hit regions.
