Joining a district is easy, but you should answer a few questions first:

1. Do you attend a college or university in or near Boston, Chicago, New York, or Washington, D.C.?  If not, you might want to start your own district.  If so, you can join the district by visiting the district's page, and reading the "Join this District" section (full list here).

2. Do you currently belong to a student group?  If not, that's OK--you can (and should) still attend any of the MCN's meetings and events--but the MCN is a network of student organizations, and you will get the most out of membership in the MCN if you belong to a student group.  You should start by checking to see if a group on your campus is already a Member Organization by clicking here, and reaching out to them directly if you'd like to join.

3. If you belong to student group, does your group work to reduce extreme poverty and/or achieve one or more of the Millennium Development Goals?  If not, your student group might be totally worth your membership, but is probably not a great fit for membership in the MCN.
